WHAT IS FRAME DEFENDER ABOUT?
FD began as an idea over the course many years of pounding the dirt on local Southern California trails. As a collective group of dedicated riders who love the thrill and rush of a great downhill course, there is always the desire to look for products to help elevate our own bicycles so that we can consistently become better riders. Frame Defender began operating in 2011 as a necessity to fill the void in the mountain bike industry for better comprehensive bicycle frame protection than what was currently on the market. Frustrated with inferior products that weren't worth the cost and time to use, Frame Defender was born.

The pads utilized in FD's protection line are lighter than any Original Equipment (OE) guards and rather than just merely deflecting impact like plastic or rubber based products, our pads serve to completely absorb the energy from impact.
