Gaia Therapeat is an amazing business and concept. They are a healthy focused restaurant offering a wide variety of dishes and products. You can find items like soups, salad, sandwiches, juices and smoothies. Their goal is to help communities eat better will protecting the planet.
The restaurant’s menu is broken down into 8 Universes (Develop, Zen, Immune, Cleanse, Heart, Mind, Flex and Vitality). You get different benefits for each universe and I was hired to animate an IG video to promote one of them. The owner and I decided on the Develop was the best place to start. The goal was to highlight some the main themes behind each Universe.

It was important for the owner to have the message come across quickly and exciting. We ended up going with a type driven animation that was controlled by shapes carrying the brand colors. The end result is an active animation that gives the viewer an idea of what to expect from the Cleanse Universe.
